Customer Success Manager
Sales results, technical depth — ready for Customer Success.
I’m Gala. For years I closed deals month after month, then built the SaaS and CRM tools customer teams rely on. Now I’m bringing both to Customer Success — helping SaaS and tech companies turn new customers into loyal, long-term ones.
- 1.5 years in sales
- a closed deal every month for a year
- years building CRMs & SaaS platforms
- technical + people-first

A 60-second hello is on the way.
A quick hello — who I am and why Customer Success.
Why Customer Success
Why Customer Success — and why me
I didn’t start in tech. I started in sales — as the only salesperson at a Tbilisi real-estate firm, where I closed at least one deal every single month for a year. That taught me the real work begins after “yes”: staying with people until they’re genuinely happy.
Then I moved into software engineering and spent years building the CRMs, dashboards, and internal platforms that businesses run on — the exact tools customer success and support teams live in every day.
Customer Success is where those two halves meet. It rewards someone who can build real trust with customers andactually understand the product behind their problems. I’m early in this chapter, and I’m honest about that — but I’d back myself on the two things that matter most: I keep relationships, and I understand the technology.
What I bring
Strengths that carry into Customer Success
Relationship-driven
Sales taught me to earn trust and keep it. I don’t just close — I follow through until customers are actually happy.
Technically fluent
I built the CRM and SaaS tools support teams use. When your product breaks, I can understand why and explain it in plain language.
A bridge to product
Sitting between customers and engineering is natural for me — I speak both languages and translate cleanly.
Reliable, fast-learning
Consistency was my edge in sales (a deal every month). I bring the same to learning your product and your customers.
